All orders dispatched within the next business day using Australia Post or Sendle.

Returns Policy

1. If you wish to return the product due to ‘change of mind’ within the 30 day trial and receive a refund we will honor it once we receive the product.
2. If you purchased a faulty product from nishibag.com, return your item within 30 days of receiving it and we will provide a replacement.

Please return your purchase to us in the same condition as it was received including all packaging such as boxes, bags, tags and any accessories.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Faulty Items and Australian Consumer Law
If an item purchased from nishibag.com is faulty, any related return and refund rights we offer you will apply in addition to, and do not limit, other rights and remedies you may have under law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
